Spring is officially here and I couldn’t be more excited! The sight of blooming flowers and sunshine makes everything so much more mesmerising. The fact that we can now pull out all the fun and lightweight clothing and finally say goodbye to heavy puffers, is a definite yes from me.
The off-the-shoulder trend is a spring fashion staple that everyone needs in their wardrobe this season. It is a statement piece that can be pulled off with anything from high-waisted jeans to mini skirts. I had so much fun rocking my off-the-shoulder top with a clean white pair of denims.

This floral statement top I recently purchased at Legit and it was on sale – who doesn’t love a good sale? The material is super light and cooling making it perfect to wear during the sunny days, and I absolutely adore the floral pattern print.
Anyone can pull off wearing the off-the-shoulder trend but there are some key tips that can help ensure that you always look your best.
Pair a statement top with high-waisted jeans: To keep the look chilled and casual style it with a pair of well-fitted jeans. Go for a floral (as styled) or a nice frilly, flowy top that sits comfortably on your shoulders, then wear of a stylish high-waisted denim jeans.
Style with the statement off-the-shoulder top with simple heels: When wearing a statement top complete the look with a pair of sexy but simple heels, choose a pair of wedges or comfortable block heels in the shade white, nude or black.
Don’t focus on accessories too much: Since the off-the-shoulder top already draws attention to the neckline, it isn’t necessary to style it with a lot of accessories. Instead rather go for statement earrings or sunglasses as form of accessories.
Spring is officially in full bloom. I hope you enjoyed this Spring lookbook and I can’t wait to share with you some other exciting looks that I’ve been working on. Till next time!
